The left femur neck shows a lucent lesion with a thin sclerotic rim.
The rest of the bone shows normal.

The well-defined lesion at the anterosuperior aspect of the left femur neck demonstrates hypointense on T1W and hyperintense on T2W with a well-defined low signal periphery.
The rest of the bones and soft tissues appear normal.
